Don't let the Township submittal process intimidate you. We have over 20 years of experience in handling the approval process through the Woodlands Township.
While the Township requires many forms and regulations and sometimes lots of hoops to jump through, you won’t need to worry because we will submit everything on your behalf. You are responsible however for paying the refundable deposit directly to the Township. Depending on the complexity of the project, these can range from $425 to $1500.
