What an awesome experience working with the Backyard Oasis team. As soon as we walked through the door for the first time, we were greeted by one of the most friendly individuals that I have met in quite some time, Brandi Parrott. She would go out of her way to make sure you felt welcome and you had all of your questions answered. Our designer, Chloe Jackson, was amazing. She was so patient with us and knew the decisions we needed to make were very important to us. She wanted to make sure we had all of the information we needed to proceed with our pool remodel. We never felt rushed to make our decision and she spent a great deal of time with us. She is awesome! Lastly, Josh Gibbens, our construction manager, is a super guy and is very attentive to all of the details. He keeps you updated throughout the process. If he promises you something, he delivers.
