What an awesome experience working with the Backyard Oasis team. As soon as we walked through the door for the first time, we were greeted by one of the most friendly individuals that I have met in quite some time, Brandi Parrott. She would go out of her way to make sure you felt welcome and you had all of your questions answered. Our designer, Chloe Jackson, was amazing. She was so patient with us and knew the decisions we needed to make were very important to us. She wanted to make sure we had all of the information we needed to proceed with our pool remodel. We never felt rushed to make our decision and she spent a great deal of time with us. She is awesome! Lastly, Josh Gibbens, our construction manager, is a super guy and is very attentive to all of the details. He keeps you updated throughout the process. If he promises you something, he delivers. If you have a question, the response is almost immediate. Josh is a a super individual to work with and I can't say enough great things about Josh. If I ever have to do anything in the future with our pool, Backyard Oasis is the only company we would consider.
Backyard Oasis built our pool in 2023. From green flag to fill was just about 4 weeks, Mike was great on updates and supervising the different crews. We don’t live far from the office which was great for drop ins and issues but also caused us to be “the last stop on the way home”. Our only real complaints was how little help pool school was to get started and the lack of grading the yard around the pool.A year later we’ve added more tiles and every warranty question/issue has been addressed in a timely manner. We appreciate Brandi has providing the best customer service and offering the ability for a quick text.We’ve recommended Backyard Oasis to a few friends and would use them again.
