Backyard Oasis is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees, vendors and customers. We are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak and are following the guidelines and the advice of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).
We are still open for business during our normal operating hours and can conduct initial consultations via phone and do in-home inspections of the site. Some of the actions that we are taking to ensure a safe and healthy environment in our showroom include the following:
- We are cleaning all surfaces every 3 hours
- While in our showroom you are asked to observe social distancing by refraining from handshakes
- If you have a scheduled appointment you are encouraged to use hand sanitizer and gloves, which will be provided by Backyard Oasis
By taking the necessary precautions, we can help keep everyone safe while still delivering the high quality of customer service that we are known for. During these times we encourage everyone to have faith, not fear.
